Why do I sound too precise even when every sound is right?

Almost certainly because you're giving unstressed vowels the same full effort as stressed ones, when English quietly demolishes most of them down to the same weak, neutral sound — the schwa.
30-second version: English has roughly a dozen distinct vowel sounds, but in unstressed syllables nearly all of them collapse to schwa (/ə/), the shortest, least effortful vowel there is. A learner who pronounces every vowel at full value — because every vowel looks fully written on the page — produces speech that's individually accurate and collectively unnatural, because native rhythm depends on that collapse happening constantly.
Why "correct" sounds foreign
Here's the part that surprises most learners: pronouncing every vowel exactly as spelled is not more correct English, it's a different, non-native rhythm pattern. Say "photograph" and "photographer" out loud. Both words are built from the same root, but the vowel in the second syllable is a full, stressed /ɒ/ in "PHO-to-graph" and a reduced-to-nothing schwa in "pho-TOG-ra-pher." A learner reading from spelling, with no reason to know this, often gives that syllable equal weight in both words — technically pronouncing the letters correctly, and sounding conspicuously foreign as a result, because native listeners are calibrated to expect the collapse.

Practical rule: in any multi-syllable word, find the one stressed syllable — say it clearly, with real vowel quality — and let every other syllable shrink toward "uh." Banana is stress-schwa-stress-schwa: buh-NA-nuh, not BA-NA-NA. Computer is schwa-stress-schwa: cuhm-PYU-ter, not COM-PU-TER.

Watch the stress score independent of the accuracy score across a few sessions. If accuracy stays high while stress climbs, that confirms the diagnosis was right — the phonemes were never the problem, the rhythm was.
