Straight answers

Does the AI really talk back?

It speaks with a synthesized voice and moves the scene forward, but it follows written dialogue trees — it isn't a live, open-ended model improvising a reply to anything you say.

Can I say something other than the suggested line?

Some scenes accept free-form speech and transcribe it, but most turns work by picking a suggested line and speaking it — that's what gives you an exact target to be scored against.

Is this useful for a real interview or just small talk?
