either a person or a verb — "I mentored two juniors" reads as leadership without claiming a title you didn't have.

ambitious

four syllables, stress on the third — am-BISH-us — worth practising before you need it live.

milestone

a concrete checkpoint, not a vague sense of progress — pair it with what the checkpoint actually was.
