In the browser (not the mobile Meet app) — the extension needs a page to attach to.

Straight answers
Does sayit coach me live during a Google Meet call?
No — it listens through the call and gives you a recap (pace, filler words, talk time, phrases to drill) after you hang up, not real-time prompts during the meeting.
Do I need to turn anything on before the call?
Just have the sayit extension installed and enabled in the browser tab where Meet is running. It works in the background.
