Questions

Straight answers

Are these the questions that will be in my test?

No, and nobody can give you those. These are original questions written to the format, topics and difficulty of the real test. Practising the shape of an answer transfers to any question; memorising specific answers does not, and examiners are trained to hear it.

How should I use a question bank this size?

Cold, and one at a time. Pick a question you have not read, start the timer, and answer it before you look at anything else on the page. Reading the model answer first turns a speaking exercise into a reading exercise.

How many questions should I do in a week?

One a day, properly recorded and listened back to, beats twenty read silently. The listening back is the part that changes anything.
